Shipping & Delivery
We ship items within two working days. They are sent First Class Recorded Delivery in the UK, and Air Mail for the rest of the world. If you wish to have Registered or Insured postage, please let us know. There will be an extra charge for this. Most items should arrive within a week. However, please allow 28 days for delivery. All your personal data will be kept on a secure database and will only used in connection with the current transaction. We never pass on any details to any third parties.
Returns & Replacements
All our stock is guaranteed to be as described. If you are unhappy that the item is not as described, we offer a full money back guarantee, including return postage. You simply return the item to us in the same condition that we sent it to you, and we refund your payment, including return postage. We grade our products as diligently as possible, but inevitably some items slip through the net. We want you to be happy with your purchases from Flashback.
Ordering
As all of the items online are also available instore, there is a small possibility that the item ordered has already sold. We try to minimise this possibility by updating the site daily, but it does happen occasionally. Due to this, we don't ask for payment immediately with the order. When we receive the order, we send you a confirmation that the items you want are in stock, and ask for payment.
