Grading:

The cover is graded first, the disc second: eg an LP graded as M/Ex would have a Mint Condition Sleeve and Excellent condition Vinyl.

Our Gradings are as follows:

M - (Mint) - The disc is unplayed and completely free of surface marks. The cover is in perfect condition.

Ex - (Excellent) - The disc has been played, but should have no more than very minor surface marks. The cover may show slight wear or creasing.

VG+ - (Very Good +) - The disc has been played several times and there are noticeable surface marks, but overall the sound quality should not be significantly affected. The cover may show signs of ring and edge wear and creasing, but is intact.

VG (Very Good) - The disc has probably been played many times and displays some surface wear and possibly audible scratches, although it should be playable. The cover may have significant creasing and significant edge and/or ring wear, with possible sticker marks or minor tears, but should essentially be intact.

G (Good) - The disc has been played so much that there may be distinct loss of sound quality, surface noise and mild scratches. The cover may have tears, sticker marks and may be stained or defaced.

F (Fair) - The disc may still be playable, but only just! The cover will be torn and defaced, possibly partly missing.

P (Poor) - The disc may be unplayable. The cover will be badly damaged.
