Shipping Policy
Please note we are a physical record shop, and we need to separate the record from the sleeve for security reasons. All our MINT new vinyl records are unplayed, but we can't guarantee they will be sealed. If you require sealed records please get in touch before placing an order.
If you require a different shipping option not available at checkout then please contact us via email, phone or the live chat service at the bottom right of the browser page.We aim to process and post out our orders within 2-3 working days. We do not post out orders on weekends or bank holidays. Tracking numbers are not provided with UK Second Class postage.
Please be aware that we sell our stock from our physical stores rather than a warehouse, therefore, stock is sold in-store which can result in our listings not always being updated in time and some items may not be available. In these instances, a full refund will be provided as soon as possible.
Trading:
We only trade items within our stores and we do not offer discounts or deals on items in our online inventory.
UK Orders:
All orders above £20 in value will be sent out via Royal Mail first class signed for. All orders over 2KG have to be sent via Courier.
International Orders:
All of our international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Registered post or courier if over 2KG. If you need a specific shipping method then please contact us via email, phone or the live chat service at the bottom right of the browser page.Please be aware that you may be charged customs fees which is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
In Store Pick Up:
For in store pick up please select the "Collect" shipping option checkout. We will then send an email to confirm your order. Please allow up to 2 working days for the stock to be transferred to the shop of your choice. We will contact you via email once your order is ready for pick up.
