In 2008, Hot Chip released Made In The Dark, a wild pop record that refused to sit still. The album rose to #4 in the UK charts with single 'Ready For The Floor' breaking into the UK Top Ten and earning a Grammy nomination. While their previous efforts were effectively bedroom studio albums, Hot Chip wanted to capture the chemistry of their live show in the recording sessions.
